Description
18” Antique Clay Head circa 1910.This antique doll is from my 93 year old MILs doll collection. She had a note pinned on it that says clay head. It is a type of pottery or bisque material. The body is a soft stockinet fabric. On the back of the neck is 696. A short internet search show that Both Armand Marseilles and Alt Beck & Gottschalk use this mold number. This doll does not look like either of those companies dolls. I’m not a doll person, I’m just trying to sell my MILs dolls, so you must decide the original of this doll. The white cotton eyelet dress and bonnet need to be laundered. There is an additional slip that has lace and pink feather stitching edging.
