Antique c1920s Composition Doll African American Vintage Clothing Restored

Description

Meet Virginia Rose, an Antique Composition Baby Doll, jointed arms and legs. She has a composition head and body, with some cracks (see photos). She is a very early composition baby doll, well loved, and precious.  Her eyes are green and she has pink lips. She is 9" tall.
She is restored. Her face was worn off. Her eyes and pink lips and cheeks are restored. The cracks in her head have been painted to match her hair.
Virginia Rose is dressed in a light blue seersucker and lace Vintage pant suit by Vogue Dolls, made in the USA. She is also styled with a coordinating Vintage pastel pink satin jacket by Linda Baby. Virginia Rose’s hair has been rebranded and decorated with pastel silk flowers. She holds a spray of lilac in her hands.
Some of Virginia’s fingers are worn. She was a well loved baby and hopes to find a forever home with a doll collector or someone who will appreciate her.
