    Description

    I am so pleased to offer this darling all cloth boudoir doll from my personal collection. Likely born in the 1930’s. She stands 28”tall, is undressed, beautiful painted silk face and is all cloth. A cheery smiling face, perfect glancing blue eyes, with finely painted shadow brows and eyelashes, flushed cheeks. Blonde mohair wig. Her pink body could use a light cleaning. This doll is rare with her smile and I contacted an expert boudoir doll friend for some identification. As so, she believes it to be a cousin in the American Novelty Co. related to a floozie. Her hands are flat stitched in a mitten style. She is certainly a charming doll!
    I have loved her for many many years and displayed her beautifully with my collection of Eggheads
