This is an antique light source from a movie theater. This would sit behind the projector and produce the light for the movie film by burning carbon rods for a bright light, which would reflect off the large concave mirror inside on the back, sending light out the front. The mirror is cracked inside. There is a chimney on top to let the heat out. Everything else, with the exception on the power cord, looks very good. This could easily be repurposed to allow you video projector to operate from inside, making it appear as though you are using the projector to play the movie. There are also 4 NOS induction rods. Very visually eye appealing. I was told it was from a theater in Everett, Wa, but don't know which one. The picture with it lit up is for demonstration purposes only, doesn’t light up as is. It is boxed up ready for shipment. Box is 41” wide by 25” deep by 35” high and 200 lbs. Ultimate movie room memorabilia! Possible shipping available, check with seller. .
