For all other items we can accept returns on unopened/unused products if you purchase by mistake; You must contact us within 3 days of receipt for a return to be accepted. We cannot refund shipping nor can we pay return shipping. In the case of a defective item not covered by a warranty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will correct the issue for you in the form of an exchange for the same item or refund if another item is not available.
