Very old, sinister looking antique Marionette String Puppet 22" tall remarkable!

Pre owned item, great shape, but he needs a little help...specifically, his strings are a little twisted, and his costume is dingy, and tattered in the rear.
Once you get all that figured out, the carving is extraordinary, he even has carved finger joints, and his lower jaw can also move up and down.
Reminds me a little bit of Genghis Khan, or maybe one of those other old time villains of history.
I'm just guessing, but I think he may be carved of teakwood.
I do the best I can, with my eyesight, but I know some of my photos are not that great...the fault is to be laid with me, not the item. Thanks!!
