A Great ARGUS SHOWMASTER 872 SUPER EIGHT PROJECTOR!!
This is an Argus Showmaster 872 that is in good condition but needs some repair. The motor runs fine, the bulb operates but the motor drive needs repair. This projector is not the belt-drive type as those belts break. This projector is a friction drive type that uses a fitting on the end of the motor shaft to press against one of two wheels that will cause the film to go either forward or reverse. Once this fitting is replaced you'll be able to view those old family movies of the kids when they were small....but they are not so small now! Included is one take-up reel.
THIS UNIT WILL BE FUN TO USE TO WATCH THOSE OLD MOVIES!
